Please make sure you have a comfortable, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a place where you can fully soften and drop in.
We’ll begin the session with a conversation, creating space for you to share what’s been moving through you, what you’re ready to release, and what you’re calling into your life. This helps open the field and set a clear energetic intention for our time together.
From there, you’ll be invited to sit or lie down as I gently guide you through breath, visualization, and energetic clearing practices. As we move through the session, I tune into your energy and receive intuitive and channeled messages, which I will share as they arise. Each session unfolds uniquely, guided by what your system is ready for in that moment.
You are welcome to record the session if you feel called to revisit the guidance.
