We begin with what's present for you. Each session is unique and tailored to your present needs. The session unfolds intuitively: through conversation, breath, visualization, energetic work, and whatever messages, guides or imagery arise.
All you need to do is show up with and open heart and the curiosity to make a change.
And we see what becomes possible when you give yourself an hour to listen differently.

Please make sure you have a comfortable, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a place where you can fully soften and drop in.
We’ll begin the session with a conversation, creating space for you to share what’s been moving through you, what you’re ready to release, and what you’re calling into your life. This helps open the field and set a clear energetic intention for our time together.
From there, you’ll be invited to sit or lie down as I gently guide you through breath, visualization, and energetic clearing practices. As we move through the session, I tune into your energy and receive intuitive and channeled messages, which I will share as they arise. Each session unfolds uniquely, guided by what your system is ready for in that moment.
