Made during an artist residency in Blönduós, Iceland, in a landscape where the sun barely sets and then barely rises. The light there does something to you. It stretches time, dissolves the boundary between day and dream. This piece was born from that dissolution , the way long darkness and long light both invite you inward, into something quieter and stranger than ordinary waking life.
Naturally dyed + painted cotton, hand embroidered
Dimensions: 21.5" × 25"
Price: $1,888
(Sold unframed. Shown framed in mockup for scale reference)
