Your daily practice

PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR PRACTICE AS SOON AS YOU CAN AND THEN LET ME KNOW ONCE YOU HAVE! (I need to make some space on computer)

  • Commit to yourself and to your practice. See if you can reframe this as devotion to your expansion instead of a strict discipline that you must do. I’ve witnessed those that are able to commit to the daily practice have more powerful shifts and more lasting results.

  • Complete your practice every day for the next forty days, if possible at your altar as much as possible. You can use the attached calendar or make your own. I'm a nerd and I like keeping track... It keeps me accountable and feels so good to check the days off.

  • If you fall off, get back up and start again the following day. The longer you stay out of the habit the harder it is to get back on the train!

  • Practice loving self compassion if you do fall off. This is about becoming more soft, open and loving and at the same time powerful and unshakable. If we aren't kind to ourselves then the power is just a facade.

  • If you lose your way please reach out and I can help you redirect. I can’t do the work for you but I’m here to support and cheer you on.

  • Check in with your after about ten days and if you feel you need more fire or something adjusted in your practice please let me know.

  • You can't change your life if you don't change your habits, thoughts, beliefs and behaviors.

    • Here is a short introduction to the work of Joe Dispenza. I really like his book Becoming Supernatural. It's pretty epic and life changing and is a great support to the work we are doing.
